In the Surf
Facing the rage of the Ocean.
at times...
It Overwhelms, knocks me off my feet
and keeps me there,
in the Dark, Foaming, Currents.
But...
in time, another person Emerges,
me..
but not me.
And I make the stand
against the overwhelming roar
as I have many times before,
